    Agentis Longevity (“Agentis” or the “Company”) is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the Company’s rapid growth across multiple brands and clinic locations. Agentis is pioneering care in hormone optimization therapy, peptides, exosomes, and other longevity-centric treatments – advancing patients to live longer, healthier, happier lives. Backed by Shore Capital, Agentis is experiencing significant expansion through both acquisition and organic growth, requiring a highly organized and driven accounting team member. 

    This role will report to the Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting and will work closely with the SVP of Finance, and operations teams across all clinic locations. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and complete financial reporting to support leadership decision-making.

    Responsibilities 

    • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), supporting schedules, and management reporting packages. 

    • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting to field/clinic operators, including KPIs, labor, unit economics, revenue trends, and expense analytics. 

    • Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and support for all accounts. 

    • Prepare variance analysis and commentary for leadership. 

    • Oversee AP processing, coding, and approval workflows. 

    • Support annual financial statement audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests. 

    • Maintain audit-ready documentation and internal controls. 

    • Support Director of Accounting and operations leaders with ad hoc reporting, data requests, and financial modeling as needed. 

    Professional Qualifications 

    This is an excellent position for individuals with two or more years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in multi-entity or fast-growing environments. Ideal candidates are motivated by ownership of the monthly close process, producing accurate financial reporting, and supporting a high-growth, private-equity–backed organization. Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications: 

    • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field 

    • 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience 

    • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, month-end close processes, and financial reporting 

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills 

    • Experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks preferred (not required) 

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment 

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally and explain financial concepts clearly 

    • Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to present concisely and with detail 

    • Experience in multi-location or healthcare services organizations is a plus 

    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and operate with a sense of urgency
