We are on the hunt for a dynamic, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent Senior Accountant. This is a pivotal role in our Accounting and Finance industry where you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial records are in order. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Accountant, you will be expected to:

1. Oversee all routine accounting functions including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3. Conduct thorough audits of financial records to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
4. Provide strategic financial advice to clients based on their unique needs and situations.
5. Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, legal teams, and tax professionals.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
8. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
9. Participate in special projects and perform ad hoc financial analysis as required.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Senior Accountant position, you must possess:

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong emphasis on auditing and public accounting.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of professional ethics and integrity.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
