Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Perform and review complex account reconciliations.
• 
  
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• 
  
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• 
  
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• 
  
• Support process improvement initiatives and the implementation of best practices.
• 
  
• Assist with system enhancements, integrations, and reporting improvements.
• 
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and efficiency within accounting operations.
• 
  
• Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 
  
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• 
  
• Strong account reconciliation and month-end close experience.
• 
  
• Experience supporting process improvements and procedural enhancements.
• 
  
• Consolidations experience is a plus.
• 
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
•
