Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Manage job costing and project accounting for manufacturing programs
- Perform percentage-of-completion revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Partner with operations on budgets, profitability, and performance
- Support financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliations
Senior Cost Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred
- understanding of costand project accounting principles
- Experience with ASC 606 and percentage-of-completion accounting preferreds
