Senior Accountant

We"re looking for a Senior Record to Report (R2R) Accountant to join Sage"s North America Finance Operations team. In this role, you"ll play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening balance sheet governance, supporting statutory and regulatory requirements, and helping shape the future of finance through automation and continuous improvement. You"ll work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business to ensure high-quality accounting outcomes and a best-in-class finance service.

Overview of the Team As part of Sage"s Global Finance organisation, the North America Finance Operations team manages transactional finance services across the region. The team is focused on delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information while driving operational excellence, strong controls, and continuous improvement. You"ll join a collaborative environment where innovation, customer service, and process optimisation are central to how we work. The team plays a critical role in ensuring robust financial governance across Sage"s North America entity structure, while constantly seeking opportunities to automate and improve processes.

Office Location Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in our Lawrenceville office and 2 days from home.
