Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job responsibilities:
· Be responsible for full A/R and collections cycle
· Be responsible for full A/P and payments cycle
· Reconciles & processes related-party transactions
· Maintains & reconciles General Ledger accounts
· Manages fixed asset acquisition/depreciation/record keeping
· Forecasts/controls cash flow to support the operation
· Assists with budget process & monthly variance analysis
· Processes reimbursement for employee expense reports
· Conducts the annual inventory-count related activity
· Performs the month-end closing on the books
· Prepares monthly Financial & Managerial report
· Provides material to auditors on quarterly & annual financial audit
· Works with CPA firm on quarterly & annual tax returns filing
· Maintains accounting files and records
· Picks Ad hoc tasks as assigned from management
Education, Knowledge, Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
· 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or related field required
· Microsoft Suite software required
· SAP ERP system experience preferred
· Bilingual in English/Mandarin preferred

· Detail oriented; high level of accuracy required
· Strong communication skills and time management skills to meet deadlines
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
