Senior Accountant

Pay Rate: $32 - $45 per hour

Summary:

• Duration: 6 Months
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week on-site, Wednesdays required; flexibility available. Option for 5 days on-site with a dedicated workspace.)
• Monday through Friday work schedule

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of Division/Region financial statements and information reported to internal and external users.
• Supervise accurate financial and statistical close processes, including general ledger account reconciliations and other analyses within established timelines.
• Manage significant sales, COS, and OPEX accruals not based on standard reports/calculations.
• Handle localized accounting topics, including real estate and personal property taxes.
• Prepare and post journal entries, conduct technical accounting research, and fulfill internal/external audit requests.
• Liaison with ALABS shared services, including accounts payable, cash applications, central billing, vendor chargebacks, general ledger accounting, and fixed asset functions.
