Senior Accountant
Salary: $78,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Analyze financial results and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting
• Support audits, tax filings, and internal control initiatives
• Mentor and review the work of accounting staff members
• Drive process improvements utilizing Epicor, Sage, and advanced Excel skills
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience with Epicor, Sage, and advanced Excel preferred
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience preferred
