Job Details

What You'll Do:

Own month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheet accounts, and variance reports
Manage fixed assets, prepaids, and intercompany transactions
Support annual audit preparation and provide schedules/workpapers as needed
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership on process improvements

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of progressive accounting experience (industry preferred)
Strong month-end close and reconciliation experience
Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Great Plains, Sage, or similar)
CPA preferred but not required
Healthcare, manufacturing, or professional services industry experience is a plus
