This role offers a unique blend of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, and cost accounting while partnering closely with operations and business leaders. What You'll Do
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support the month-end close process
- Assist with financial statement preparation and monthly reporting
- Support inventory and cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis and manufacturing reporting
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances
- Partner with operations to improve reporting and support business decisions
- Assist with process improvements, audit support, and special projects
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Approximately 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Current Accountant or Senior Accountant experience
- Strong general ledger accounting and month-end close experience
- Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience is preferred but not required
- ERP experience and advanced Excel skills
- CPA or progress toward a CPA is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000–$105,000 base salary (depending on experience)
