Job Summary

To provide high level professional accounting functions to produce auditable financial statements for the university.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Reconcile Credit Card Account
• Building, Land Improvements, and CIP Year End Procedures
• Capital Note of AFR and Other AFR Preparations and Procedures
• Review Journal Entries and Payroll Deductions Payments to Wire
• Review Wire Check Log and Print Checks for Disbursements
• Clear suspense and clearing accounts
• Prepare Quarterly and IPEDS Reports
• Banner Approval Queue Maintenance
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Accounting Degree
• Experience using ERP systems & Advanced Excel Skills

Preferred:

• 10 Years progressive professional accounting experience
• Banner experience
• QuickBooks Experience & Fund Accounting
