Our client, a growing commercial real estate investment firm, is adding a Senior Accountant to their team due to continued growth. What You'll Do

• Lead the month-end close process
• 
  
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages
• 
  
• Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger
• 
  
• Partner with property management and third-party vendors
• 
  
• Serve as the primary accounting liaison between internal leadership and external partners
• 
  
• Support joint venture and investor reporting
• 
  
• Ensure accurate financials are prepared for executive review
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• 
  
• Commercial real estate accounting experience strongly preferred
• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 
  
• CPA or CPA-track is a plus
• 
  
• Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting
