Salary: $110,000–$120,000
Location: Nashua, NH (Hybrid flexibility after initial training)

Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:
Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial variance analysis
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Oversee invoicing, cash receipts, accounts payable, and banking activities
Coordinate audits, tax reporting, fixed assets, and inventory accounting
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst Qualifications:
5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger and financial reporting knowledge
Manufacturing industry experience required
Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
