    Senior Accountant (Finance Business Partner) – Full-Time, In-Office

    Location: Alpharetta, GA

    Compensation: Up to $100K + 10% Bonus

    Industry: Private Equity-Backed Chemical Lawncare Company

    Who We Are: Audit Friendly is partnering with a highly acquisitive, PE-backed chemical lawncare company with ~$40M in revenue to find two Senior Accountants (Finance Business Partners) to join their growing team in Alpharetta, GA.

     

    About the Role:

     

    As a Senior Accountant (Finance Business Partner), you will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations, working closely with leadership to provide critical insights, drive efficiencies, and enhance financial decision-making. This is a full-time, in-office role in Alpharetta, GA, ideal for a proactive professional looking to grow in a dynamic, acquisition-driven environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a financial liaison between accounting, FP&A, and operations, ensuring financial integrity and accuracy.

    • Lead month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.

    • Support integration efforts for acquired businesses, aligning financial processes and reporting.

    • Develop and maintain key financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

    • Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

    • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations.

    • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a PE-backed, acquisitive, or multi-entity environment.

    • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

    • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
