Senior Accountant

This role reports directly to the Controller and supports the accounting and financial reporting function across the company’s development and construction pipeline, with a focus on construction draws, project cost accounting, and general ledger work. Experience preparing, processing, and reviewing construction draw requests in alignment with lender requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Unity Search has partnered with a growing real estate development and investment firm on a Senior Accountant opening. This role reports directly to the Controller and supports the accounting and financial reporting function across the company’s development and construction pipeline, with a focus on construction draws, project cost accounting, and general ledger work.

Compensation will depend on experience and will fall between a range around $90k to $110k base salary plus a disc target bonus.
