Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Salary: $70,000-$80,000

About the Company
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who enjoys being hands-on with the numbers while also having visibility across the broader organization. This position offers exposure to financial reporting, month-end close, analysis, audits, and operational accounting within an established organization in the Akron area.

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):
• Lead monthly general ledger close processes, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, account analyses, and operational reporting for leadership review
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger system integrity
• Ensure accurate journal entries, account reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies and reporting requirements
• Coordinate annual audits and assist with year-end financial reporting and compliance processes



Qualifications (Senior Accountant):
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 4+ years of progressive accounting and general ledger experience preferred
• Advanced Excel and accounting systems experience preferred
