Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team in the Worthington, Ohio area. Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• 
  
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• 
  
• Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• 
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• 
  
• Support audits and financial reporting requirements
• 
  
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 
  
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 
  
• Experience within real estate, property management, healthcare, or senior living industries strongly preferred
• 
  
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• 
  
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• 
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
