Senior Accountant

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Participate in month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple business entities
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and intercompany accounting activities
• Support tax workpapers, compliance documentation, and year-end reporting requirements
• Assist with payroll accounting, banking reconciliations, and other operational accounting functions

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of public accounting experience, or a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting experience is Required.
• Strong experience with accrual accounting, month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software and advanced Excel skills
