What will you be doing? As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role inmaintainingthe financial health and integrity of our organization. You will own key accounting functions — from day-to-day transactional processes to monthly close and financial reporting — while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our accounting operations.Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and collections processes to ensuretimelyandaccurateinvoicingand cash applicationManage accounts payable and vendor payment workflows,maintainingstrong vendor relationships and payment accuracyProcess payroll and perform related reconciliations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on timeCalculate and administer sales commissions in coordination with Sales and Finance teamsPerform daily and monthly cash reconciliations tomaintainreal-time visibility into cash positioningLead the monthly accrual-based financial close process, ensuring deadlines and accuracy standards are metPrepare journal entries and account reconciliationsin accordance withGAAPMaintain general ledger accuracy andsupportingschedulesAssistwith financial reporting and month-end variance analysis for internal stakeholdersSupport annual audit and tax preparation processes in collaboration with external advisorsIdentifyand help implement improvements to accounting workflows, internal controls, and documentationCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to support strategic financial decisionsAre you the right fit?
