What You’ll Do

• 
  
• Lead and support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
• 
  
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• 
  
• Partner with operational teams to provide accounting insights and support company initiatives.
• 
  
• Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and process improvements.
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 
  
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
