Seeking a Senior Accountant to manage month-end close, maintain general ledger accuracy, prepare financial statements, support audits, and improve accounting processes and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial data, strong internal controls, and timely business reporting.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Experience preparing financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger transactions.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
- Experience supporting audits and preparing schedules, reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
- Ability to analyze accounting processes and recommend improvements to controls, procedures, and reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor or train junior accounting staff.
- A commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established safety procedures.
