PURPOSE
To establish and/ or maintain the organization’s accounting principles, practices, procedures and internal controls to ensure the generation of GAAP accrual based financial statements. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance. At least four (4) years of experience in financial statement preparation and reconciliation. Experience with building complex spreadsheets using Excel and Access.
Preferred: Experience working in a multi-specialty physician practice. Oracle experience. CPA license preferred.
