    About the Role

    We areseekingaskilled Senior Account Managerto join ourdynamicSuretyteam in Houston, TX.

    KeyResponsibilitiesInclude

    • Serve as primaryclient contact forday-to-daybonding questions

    • Buildand promote strong relationships with business partners, carriers and all stakeholders vested in the process

    • Quality control data in Epic, Erlon, andOneDriveincluding client data, surety contacts, bonds, rates, commissions

    • Communicatewith clients and underwriters through the request process, including the provision of proper underwriting materials

    • Responds to accountingand invoiceissues withappropriate adjustments/correctionswithin prescribed timelines

    • Oversee Account Associate work for accuracy and quality

    • Assistin creating proposals and presentations

    • Compile and/or approve complete andaccuratesubmissions and deliver to underwriters;Providetimelyresponses to underwriter submission inquiries 

    • Request and review client documents such as financial statements, work-in-progress, aging of receivables schedules 

    • Conductin-depth data analyses

    • Maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting appetites and contacts and recommendappropriate marketsfor client programs

    Skills & ExperienceThatLeadto Success:

    • Strong technical property and casualty knowledge

    • Minimum of 5 yearsofindustry experience

    • Proven ability to present and clearly explain information to clients

    • Proven ability to clearly explain problems/concerns to co-workers, supervisors and/or agency principals and suggest/recommend solutions

    • Data entry experience as well as excellent interpersonal skills

    • Competence in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Adobe

    • Task and detail oriented

    • Team player withdemonstratedprofessional communication and organizational skills

    Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

    • Highschool diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    • Ability to travel as

    • Construction brokerage experience preferred

    • Training and people management experience (2 to 3 direct reports) preferred
