Senior Account ManagerManage and grow a portfolio of strategic Personal Care customers throughout North America. Develop and execute account strategies focused on increasing revenue, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Personal Care market segment. Build relationships with key stakeholders across purchasing, R&D, formulation, marketing, and executive leadership. Lead customer presentations, business reviews, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations. Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and revenue projections. Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product development, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to successfully launch new programs. Capture customer insights and market intelligence to help guide future product development and commercial strategy. Support project execution while ensuring customer expectations, timelines, and business objectives are achieved. Demonstrated success growing strategic OEM and/or private label customer relationships. Experience selling technical products or specialty materials into Personal Care manufacturers. Proven ability to generate new business while expanding existing customer partnerships. Strong consultative sales approach with experience engaging technical and commercial stakeholders. Excellent forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management skills. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in manufacturing or specialty materials environments. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
