Senior Account Manager
Our client is a data analytics and consulting firm helping organisations turn complex data into clear, commercial insight. As we continue to grow our footprint across New England, we're looking to add an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of strategic client relationships. This role blends high-value account ownership with new business development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.
Job Description
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic house accounts, maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell of analytics and consulting solutions
- Drive new business development across Greater New England, building a strong regional pipeline
- Partner closely with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams to shape solutions aligned to client needs
- Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and contract renewals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Represent the client externally at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

The Successful Applicant
You'll be a commercially minded account management professional with experience operating in a data, analytics, or consulting-led environment. You're confident engaging senior decision-makers and comfortable balancing account growth with new business activity. We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in senior account management, client services, or consulting sales
- A track record of managing and growing high-value accounts (ideally $5M+ portfolios)
- Experience selling or managing data analytics, technology, or professional services solutions
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to uncover complex client needs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously across a defined region
- Familiarity with the Greater New England market is strongly preferred
