    Description

AltaML is looking for a Senior Account Executive to own the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) vertical across Canada and the U.S. You'll bring an existing executive network in Construction Tech, a track record of closing enterprise deals, and the credibility to walk into a conversation with a COO or VDC Director and immediately add value.

This is a net-new role. You won't be inheriting a patched-together territory. You'll be building something from the ground up, backed by existing AEC customers, proven AI solutions, and a company that's already earning its reputation in vertical AI.

    What You'll Do:

    • Acquire new AEC enterprise clients and expand existing accounts across Canada and the U.S.

    • Sell AI services and applied AI solutions to C-suite buyers (COO, CTO, CFO) and functional leaders in Pre-Construction, Project Controls, and VDC

    • Own the full sales cycle: sourcing, qualifying, navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals, and closing

    • Apply MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies — not as buzzwords, but as how you actually sell

    • Partner with AltaML's delivery and solutions teams to ensure what you sell gets built and lands well

    • Contribute to AltaML's go-to-market strategy in AEC as a founding voice in the vertical

    What You Bring:

    • Deep experience selling enterprise technology into the AEC industry (Construction Tech / ConTech is a must)

    • An established executive network — you can get in the room without cold outreach

    • A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding a $2M+ annual quota

    • Fluency in MEDDIC and Challenger sales frameworks

    • The ability to sell across borders — Canada and the U.S. are both in play

    • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where you set your own pace
