Location: Hybrid - Green Bay, WI
Compensation: $47K-$55K + bonus opportunity + benefits

What you'll do:
Lead day-to-day execution of integrated PR and marketing programs
Write and edit high-impact content (media pitches, press releases, digital/social, executive comms)
Manage multiple projects end-to-end with strong ownership and prioritization
Support media relations strategy, build lists, and drive outreach efforts
Track performance metrics and deliver insights that inform strategy
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, or marketing
1+ year of agency or corporate communications experience
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills (AP Style proficiency)
Experience with media monitoring, CMS, social platforms, and analytics tools
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive, strategic mindset with strong client service instincts
