Job Description: Seeking a precision-driven Manufacturing Technician 3 to lead hands-on operations in a cutting-edge cleanroom environment, powering semiconductor components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Responsibilities: Spend ~95% of time performing advanced cleanroom tasks: wafer handling (clamshells to FOSBs), cleaning, inspection, assembly, measurement, and shipment prep.

Job Description:

• Seeking a precision-driven Manufacturing Technician 3 to lead hands-on operations in a cutting-edge cleanroom environment, powering semiconductor components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. If you excel in high-volume production with unwavering attention to detail, this could be your next challenge.

Responsibilities:

• Spend ~95% of time performing advanced cleanroom tasks: wafer handling (clamshells to FOSBs), cleaning, inspection, assembly, measurement, and shipment prep.
• Collaborate with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, troubleshooting, rework, and quality testing.
• Operate lab equipment, execute process adjustments, and record precise production data.
• Maintain strict ESD, cleanroom, ISO, and safety protocols while lifting up to 25 lbs. and managing shifting priorities.

Experience:

• 5+ years in manufacturing, ideally semiconductors or precision assembly, in cleanroom/mfg. laboratory operations.
• Prior semiconductor manufacturing experience or semiconductor knowledge.
• Prior cleanroom experience is strongly required and should be demonstrated on the resume.
• Understanding of semiconductor wafers and the importance of proper wafer handling.
• Experience working in a highly controlled manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, recipes, procedures, and quality requirements.
