    What you'll do:

    Delivery & transport

    • Deliver grain to elevators, shuttles, and/or producer locations as the primary job function
    • Haul chemicals and fertilizers to various customer locations when HazMat and Tanker endorsements are held
    • Secure and tarp loads properly before transit
    • Connect hoses and operate various transfer systems or PTO units as needed

    Vehicle care & inspections

    • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
    • Maintain truck cleanliness inside and out to promote a positive company image

    Safety & compliance

    • Follow all Frontier Cooperative policies and comply with State, Local, DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA regulations
    • Attend and participate in regular safety training and defensive driving courses offered by Frontier Cooperative's safety department

    Customer service

    • Maintain positive, professional relationships with coworkers, patrons, vendors, and customers
    • Provide exceptional customer service on every delivery

    What we are looking for:

    • Class A CDL required; HazMat and Tanker endorsements strongly preferred
    • Comfortable working around grain, fertilizers, and chemicals in indoor and outdoor conditions
    • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate work orders and shipping documents
    • Dependable, reliable, and able to maintain flexible scheduling during peak harvest seasons
    • Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
