Responsibilities

• Repair or replace damaged parts and components, ensuring all work meets safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on each trailer.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance repair techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive or diesel mechanics is a plus.
• Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with semi-trailers or heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
