What you will do:

• Perform cost and quantity estimations for a large-scale industrial park project, including roads and warehouses.
• Work flexibly to provide accurate cost assessments throughout multiple project phases.
• Analyze and interpret construction drawings with a deep understanding of US measurement systems.
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to prepare detailed cost reports.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, ensuring cost estimates align with project timelines and budgets.

What you'll need to know:

• Extensive experience in US construction, specifically concrete and steel framing.
• Proven ability to estimate costs for large, multi-phase projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD for cost estimation purposes.
• Expertise in US measurement systems and construction standards.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and partners.
