What you’ll do:

• Act as a guide and mentor for the team in the adoption and effective use of AI tools in architectural design.

• Identify opportunities to optimize existing workflows using AI across design and documentation processes.

• Advise on how to enhance the use of current software (Revit, SketchUp, Enscape) through AI integrations and tools.

• Help design and implement internal programs, guidelines, and training sessions focused on AI in architecture.

• Collaborate with the team to apply AI solutions to real projects and ongoing design challenges.

• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and trends in architecture and design, and translate them into practical use cases.

• Support industrial and office projects, primarily focused on exterior design (industrial buildings, warehouses, distribution and transportation facilities).

What you must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• 4+ years of professional experience in architecture.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in the architectural or design field.

• Strong knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape.

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Ability to analyze existing workflows and propose AI-driven improvements.

• Experience mentoring, training, or guiding teams (formally or informally).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way.

A great plus:

• Experience with D5 and advanced visualization workflows.

• Background in industrial or office architecture projects.

• Experience creating structured training programs or internal documentation.

• Interest in long-term collaboration and team growth.
