Position Details

Position Details:

• Driver will be hauling groceries in 36'', 48'', and 53'' reefer trailers to customers in ID, WA, and OR

• Driver will have both delivery loads and shuttle loads

• Driver will average 3 days of delivery loads and 2 days of shuttle loads

• Delivery loads will be multi stop loads going to grocery stores in WA and OR

• Driver will average 3-5 stops per load on delivery loads

• Delivery loads will frequently go into downtown Portland OR and downtown Seattle, WA

• Driver will be delivering in 36'' trailers when delivering to these areas

• At the receiver, driver is required to unload product using electric pallet jacks and lift gates

• Driver is also required to break down pallets as needed

• Driver is required to assist the customer with counting product

• Shuttle loads will be delivered to meet points with other drivers or to domicile drop sites

• Domiciles are located in Boise, ID, Spokane WA, Bend, OR, and Roseburg, OR

• Shuttle loads will be drop/hook

• Management will be onsite and available 24/7.

Special Requirements:

• Driver must be willing to assist other DCS/JBI accounts as needed

• Driver is paid a flat rate while outsourced to other accounts

• Average of 2-4 times per month

• Driver must be willing and able to chain as weather dictates

Truck Info:

• Automatic Day Cabs

• Freightliners and Internationals (driver does not choose)

• Slip seating is required

• Trucks cannot be taken home for time off
