Position Details

Position Details:

• Driver will make deliveries of mattresses in dry van and pup trailers from the Serta/Simmons DC in Aurora CO to stores in CO, KS, UT, WY, NE,SD, and NM

• Loads are a mixture of single and multi stop loads

• Routes are dynamics so driver must be able to be flexible to run any route needed

• Loads are assigned by tenure

• At the receiver, driver will tailgate mattresses to the tail of the trailer or onto the dock area

• Average weight of mattresses is 100-300lbs

• Driver must be capable of moving 100-300lbs multiple times per day

• Driver is required to contact each delivery location prior to delivery

Special Requirements:

• Driver must be willing and able to chain as weather dictates
• Driver is required to assist other JBI/DCS accounts as needed

Truck Info:

• Automatic sleeper trucks
• Trucks are assigned
• Trucks must be left at the account for time off
• Drivers may park their personal vehicle at the account while running loads
