Position Details

Position Details:

• The Kroger Company, or simply Kroger, is an American retail company that operates supermarkets and multi-department stores throughout the United States.
• Drivers will be making deliveries to Kroger stores
• No Loading -100% of loads are preloaded.
• Drivers will need to tailgate the product onto the dock of the store using a pallet jack (avg 45 minutes)
• Drivers will be required to haul dairy products.
• Loads are multi-stop deliveries.

Special Requirements:

• Drivers will need to pick up returns from each delivery.
• Drivers will need to unbrace the load bars and take inventory of the pallets upon arrival.
• Drivers will collect trailer seal upon acknowledgment of receipt of load from store.
• Drivers will spend on average one night sleeping in the truck per load.

Truck Information:

• Trucks must remain at location for time off. They cannot be taken home. Drivers cannot stay in truck for time off.

Operating Area

Drivers on this semi-local job will operate in a 450-mile radius of Atlanta, GA.
