7-10 years staffing industry experience required.

We’re hiring a Market Director to lead the DC federal market, drive growth, and lead a tenured team supporting federal clients and partners.

What you will do:

• Own growth strategy and execution for a federal-only staffing market
• Drive new client development and expand existing federal relationships
• Lead a tenured team; set expectations, coach performance, and ensure delivery quality
• Navigate contract vehicles, program changes, and project volatility common in federal work
• Build senior relationships across federal stakeholders and system integrators
• Partner internally to expand both staffing and solutions/SOW opportunities where applicable

What we’re looking for:

• Proven staffing sales leadership (player/coach) with measurable wins
• Experience in federal staffing strongly preferred (clearance/program familiarity a plus)
• Strong client-facing presence; can operate at executive levels
• Comfortable in environments with shifting programs and high accountability
• Can lead from the front: prospecting + strategy + team leadership

• Base $175K–$225K + upside 
• Existing tenured team and established run-rate
