Job Description

Oversee self-perform construction activities across complex, large-scale commercial projects. Coordinate daily field operations, safety programs, manpower planning, and subcontractor activities. Drive schedule performance, quality standards, and production goals to keep projects moving efficiently. Lead crews performing carpentry, concrete, and other self-perform scopes while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Partner closely with project leadership to ensure smooth project execution, strong client relationships, and successful project outcomes. The Successful Applicant

Experience as a Superintendent or Foreman within commercial construction. Strong hands-on background in carpentry and/or concrete construction. Experience working on data center, healthcare, education, industrial, or other complex commercial projects preferred. Safety-focused leader with the ability to build, motivate, and effectively manage field teams. Long-term career mindset with a genuine commitment to building a career in the Columbus market.
