- Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks.
- Define and enforce automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Development, DevOps, and Product teams.
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
- Review automation test scripts and ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation engineers.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive root cause analysis.
- Own automation metrics, reporting, and test coverage improvement.
