QA Tester with minimum 5+ years of experience
*Understanding of manual and automation testing standards, experience in agile methodology
*Test with automation with Selenium with Core Java (at least 2 to 3 years of experience)
*API Testing validation (Good to have)
*Define test strategies and test plans and ensure successful implementation
* Identify the appropriate test guidelines and ensure projects align with quality standards and existing processes.
* Ensure standard methodology and procedures are followed
* Identify Enterprise Quality Assurance processes best practices to bring in QA effectiveness
* Create and manage testing schedule and work plan
* Coordinate test planning efforts
* Assign tasks to team members and review their key deliverables
* Create and maintain test requirements, cases, and scripts for each testing cycle
* Supervise is responsible for the planning and preparation of the test deliverables created by team members
* Review test deliverables with the project team
* Work with other teams/ departments to resolve issues during entire test lifecycle
* Escalate issues to QA leadership that impede the test effort
* Supervise data and environment coordination
* Monitor testing progress and test execution schedule
* Coordinate schedule for builds and fixes
* Communicate test progress and summary metrics to the project team
* Lead defect meetings and ensure accurate and timely status updates to project team
* Verify entry criteria and exit criteria is complete
* Coordinates with resources at offshore location
* Drives the overall QA planning /tracking and reporting for assigned project(s).
