Location: Reno, NV 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Summary

The Selector is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, building pallets, and preparing products for shipment in a safe, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack, reach truck, and stock picker safely
• Select and pick products from warehouse racking
• Use RF scanners and label technology to identify and label products
• Build and palletize customer orders according to company standards
• Stage completed pallets for shipping and stretch wrap loads
• Perform equipment inspections before and after each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with loading, unloading, and lumping trucks as needed
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred (training provided)
• Experience operating a reach truck, stock picker, and electric pallet jack
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift

Work Environment

• Dry warehouse (no freezer or refrigerated work)
• Large truck shipments with order picking and pallet building
• Team-oriented environment with long-tenured employees
