Utilizing Polyworks software with Blue light/ATOS/Faro operation experience (Polyworks software is a must have)
Must Haves –
Scanning experience
Measurement Arm
Polyworks
HSD with 4-5 years of required metrology experience OR Engineering Degree Graduate with Coop experience.
This position is 5 days onsite from Georgetown KY.
Steel Toed Shoes – CW Responsibility
Safety glasses provided by Our Client if CW has prescription
Gloves, hard hat and ear plugs provided by Our Client.

| What you’ll be doing | The primary responsibility of this role is to support Stamping PE by measuring panels and dies using contact/non-contact measurement systems such as Atos scanners, Hexagon Absolute arm, Argus, and hand tool measurement, while utilizing Polyworks for analyzing data output
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the person in this role will support the TMNA Stamping department’s objective to ensure die and panel quality for current and future models.
- Atos Scanners
- Hexagon measurement Arms
- reports and color maps using Polyworks and WinCMM
- of checking fixtures
- measurements of stamping dies, identify gaps to target.
- measurements of A class, underbody, chassis stamping panels and sub-assemblies to determine statistical stamped panel quality for accuracy and formability.
- measurements for PxP and nominal fit vehicle analysis, including digital PxP.
- technical expertise to analyze measurement data and make appropriate recommendations to Stamping PE and D/M on next steps.
- pre-production die development panel forming predictability utilizing ARGUS analysis
