Job Description
General Purpose of Job:
Duties include preparing and scheduling patient and guest treatment rooms. Preparing daily work schedules for clinical staff. Assumes responsibility for accurately gathering pertinent information and entering this information into the computer. Typing forms/correspondence, preparing departmental documents and reports. Assisting individuals in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, anticipating the needs of patients and guests and maintaining departmental records and files. Assumes responsibility for cleaning and maintaining all equipment and treatment areas and ordering department supplies. Provides support and performs a variety of secretarial/administrative tasks as assigned.

This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Caregivers may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.
Job Requirements
General Requirements • CPR/BCLS certification preferred Work Experience • Experience in a medical related field preferred • Customer service experience preferred Education • High school diploma or GED Specialized Knowledge and Skills • Working knowledge of office and registration procedures • Knowledge and understanding of functions of assigned departments • Written, typing and computer skills necessary for the creation and compilation of various documents, communications and reports • Interpersonal skills necessary to provide courteous and accurate information, on the phone and in person, to all levels of staff, patients, families, outside vendors and others. Presents self in a warm, professional and caring manner • Demonstrates professional appearance • Consistently exemplifies "on-stage" behavior. • Is responsible for creating a destination, experience-based service, delivers customized experiences using patient profiles • Organizational skills to prioritize work flow and maintain department files • Mental ability to work on tasks requiring accuracy and attention to detail, adapt and respond to multiple priorities and demands, and handle information of a confidential nature • Physical ability to properly operate required rehab and office equipment • Ability to read and understand labels and instructions on cleaning solutions and equipment • Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job • Medical Terminology preferred
