Security Systems Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is a staple position within MAPS Security and is vital to our growth as this position acts as a liaison between our national clients and service technicians. The ideal Project Coordinator will possess extreme attention to detail and the ability to seamlessly multitask while communicating quickly and concisely. 

We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their time effectively. The Project Coordinator role requires a sense of accountability and ownership. The family-oriented working environment evolves regularly with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, service, and inspections for clients in 10-13 states.

• Identify, Vet, and execute contracts with Installation Partners.

• Order and track equipment needed for servicing and new locations.

• Coordinate installation/service and construction with clients and technicians.

• Follow up to ensure service and installation completion and client approval.

• Request, Review, and upload pictures and completion documents.

• Obtain and review invoices, submit to accounting to be entered once approved.

• Coordinate all schedules and components to ensure adequate and timely job completion.

• Service support to include but not limited to service calls during and after hours.
• Manage permitting and location specific required submittals/licenses 

• Personally handle small technical tasks and service triaging.

• Maintain all project budgets.

• 24/7 On call rotation as assigned. Generally 8 weeks a year.

Salary: Determined by Experience $24.00 - $27.00 general range
