Security Systems Administrator

This role administers, troubleshoots, maintains, and helps improve platforms supporting access control, video surveillance, visitor management, credentialing, and security analytics. Responsibilities include administering Client Pro-Watch and Client MAXPRO, supporting Volt AI analytics, maintaining configuration and maintenance records, and coordinating repairs and system enhancements.

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, standard working hours
Duration: 12 Months
Pay range: $30.65 -$30.65/hr.

Job Description:

• The Security Systems Administrator supports physical security technology operations at the Nashville manufacturing site.
• This role administers, troubleshoots, maintains, and helps improve platforms supporting access control, video surveillance, visitor management, credentialing, and security analytics.
• The individual works with Corporate Security, site stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and system integrators to sustain reliable operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Responsibilities include administering Client Pro-Watch and Client MAXPRO, supporting Volt AI analytics, maintaining configuration and maintenance records, and coordinating repairs and system enhancements. The position also supports audits, inspections, product integrity activities, and incident reviews requiring access-control or video-system expertise.

Qualifications:
• Associate degree in information technology, security technology, electronics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three or more years of experience supporting electronic security, access control, video management, or closely related technology.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, databases, endpoints, and network-connected devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and service request or ticket-management processes.
