Job purpose
Reporting to the Director of Facilities the Security Supervisor is responsible for managing the security strategies, compliance of policies, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all employees and sub-contractors, patients, and facilities. The Supervisor will follow recognized and required guidelines and best practices for safety and security, including reporting and investigating incidents and accidents.
Duties and responsibilities
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contracted security team, managing security systems, on-site parking and coordinating with local law enforcement and various owners of site properties. Additionally, the Security Supervisor ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, to foster a safe and secure working environment.
