RESIDENTIAL SECURITY OFFICER - PT/FT
Primary Purpose and Function
A Security Supervisor oversees daily security operations, leads security staff, enforces safety policies, responds to incidents, and helps protect people, property, and assets.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security personnel.
- Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct patrols and inspect for security risks.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Monitor alarms and access control systems.
- Investigate security breaches and prepare reports.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff.
- Enforce security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services Must have a high school diploma or GED. Authorized to work in the United States.at minimum 1 year security preferred.
