About the Role:
Elite Security Agency LLC is looking for a confident and experienced Security Supervisor to lead our team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security officers on assigned shifts
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure site safety and security compliance
• Respond swiftly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance standards
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, shift logs, and documentation
• Enforce client post orders, company policies, and applicable regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact between security staff and client management

Requirements:

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Valid North Carolina Security Guard License or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations
• Proficient in writing clear and accurate incident and shift reports
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
