Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular security audits and make recommendations for improvements

- Train and educate staff on security protocols and procedures

- Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies as needed

- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies

- Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and actions taken

- Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness

- Conduct background checks on new employees and contractors

- Manage security budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management

- Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures

- Strong knowledge of security systems, equipment, and technologies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must pass a background check and have a clean criminal record
