SECURITY SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team. The Security Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, patients, and visitors. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the organization's facilities, employees, and visitors.

- Monitor and maintain the security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.

- Train employees on security protocols and emergency procedures.

- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services in the event of an emergency or security breach.

- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.

- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and provide reports to management as needed.

- Stay up-to-date on current security trends and make recommendations for improvements to security protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.

- Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
