Job Title: Security Site Manager

Location: Rosenberg, TX

Pay Rate: $17.70 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Summary

The Security Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at the assigned site in Rosenberg, TX. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative tasks while ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. The ideal candidate will be highly dependable, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all on-site security operations during assigned shifts
• Monitor and control site access, including checking trucks in and out efficiently
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Handle high volumes of paperwork with a strong focus on accuracy and organization
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related issues and incidents
• Communicate clearly with drivers, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct routine site checks to maintain a secure and orderly environment
• Identify and escalate any security risks or operational concerns as needed

Qualifications

• Previous security or site management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage large amounts of paperwork with accuracy
• Comfortable working early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for logging and reporting purposes
• High level of reliability and professionalism

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the site for extended periods
• Capable of working both indoors and outdoors as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive administrative tasks

Work Environment

• Industrial/logistics site environment with frequent truck traffic
• Fast-paced setting requiring attention to detail and time management
